It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Evan (Bradford, Pennsylvania), born in Clarendon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 26, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Nielsen and Clara Nielsen (Boyd); her husband Robert Evan (Bob); her children, Robert "Robbie" Evan and Susan Evan Gleason; her son-in-law Robert "Bobby" Gleason; her grandchildren, Michael Evan and Ashley Booth Griffin; her sister Karen "Roger" Swart; her brothers-in-law, John Evan and Edgar James; and her nephews, Tommy Hungiville and Greg Swart.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cherie Booth (Greg) and Bonnie Booth (Ron); her daughters-in-law, Suzanne Gleason of Bradford and Jeannie Hoy of Bradford; her grandchildren, Greg Booth (Kristi) of Columbus, OH, Bill Booth (Christina) of Stewart, FL, Brett Booth (Danielle) of Jamestown, NY, Amber Heshler (Jeff) of Harrisburg, Jon Booth (Betsy) of Finleyville, Rob Evan (Channin) of Bradford, Tiffany Luther (Joe) of Littleston, Jordan Evan, Nicci Woolford (Mark), Stanley Gleason (Kelly) of Bradford and Josh Gleason; her brother Alan Nielsen (Mary) of Lawrenceville, GA; her siblings-in-law, Roger Swart of Atlanta, GA, Diane Evan of Jamestown, NY, Doris Hungiville of Saratoga Springs, NY and Shirley James of Kane; and her grandson-in-law Aaron Griffin (Natalie) of Holland, NY. She is also survived by 40 great-grandchildren five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the Ashley Booth Griffin Care for Children Center in Joyce's name.
