He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schultz and Mattie Schultz (Burg); his former wife Marilyn Schultz (Reed); his daughter Pamela A. Schultz-Taylor; and his sisters, Shirley Vaughn, Val Jean Wolfe and Joyceln Swanson.
He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Schultz (Huth); his son Gary Schultz (Vivian) of Lewis Run; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kittell (Sean), Heidi Blatchley (Jason), Lindsey Foster (Jake), Andy Schultz and Tyler Schultz; his great grandchildren, Cole Blatchley and Brielle Blatchley; and his son-in-law Millard Taylor.
