He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Skiver and Vernel Skiver (Fuller); and his wife Patricia Skiver (Patrick). He is survived by: his sons, Larry Skiver (Karen) of Bedford, OH and Patrick Skiver (Susann) of Bedford, OH. He is also survived by several grandkids, and brothers and sisters.
