He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Elsworth and Bertha Skinner (Hilliard); his brothers, Ronald Skinner and Gerald Skinner; his daughter-in-law Shannon Skinner; and his brother-in-law Lionel Sayers.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Jane Skinner of Bradford, PA; his children, Candace L. "Candy" Newland (Bob) of Lima, OH, Gary L. Skinner of Tucson, AZ, Larry A. Skinner (Linda) of Bradford, PA, Leland G. "Lee" Skinner (Barb) of Cyclone, PA and Cameron "Brent" Skinner (Amy) of Rochester, NY; his sister Shirley Goodman of Bradford, PA; and his sister-in-law Alice Sayers of Bradford, PA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
