He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Powell (Charles) of Titusville, Vickie Clark of Bradford, Jenny Clark of Bradford, Todd Hart of Titusville and Bucky Clark (Michele) of Bradford; his siblings, Evelyn Byerly of Bradford, Virginia Kellogg of Allegany, Connie Baker of Greensboro, Sam Hart of Turtlepoint and Tom Hart (Pat) of Bradford; and his friend Lil Studor of Bradford.
