She is survived by: her spouse Willis P. "Paul" Chase; her son Keith Chase (Linda) of Chesapeake, VA; her granddaughters, Dawn Fischer (John) of Pittsburgh and Traci Kelly (Scott) of Pittsburgh; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn, Aidan, Kasey, Taylor and Isaac. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
