She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Walter and Mabel Walter (Grow); her husband Ray E. Lewis; and her brother Philip A. Walter. She is survived by: her children, Shelley R. Haines (Jay) of Lock Haven, Mark S. Lewis (Sharon) of Bradford and Thomas M. Lewis (Tammy) of Bradford. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one nephew.
