He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Spindler (Story) and Raymond Spindler; his wife Donna Spindler (Howe); and his brother Raymond "Bud" Spindler. He is survived by: his children, Diane Spindler (Robert Christian) and Jerry Spindler (Debby Boser); his daughter-in-law Betty Spindler (Harriet Wick); and his brother Robert Spindler (Judy). He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a one nephew.
To honor Max's legacy, the family suggests a donation in his name to the Bradford Senior Activity Center at 60 Campus Drive or to the ASPCA at 80 Glenwood Ave.
