He is survived by: his parent Marjorie Dailey; his spouse Cheri Jackson; his children, Little Mike, Matthew Byerly (Bonnie) of Williston, ND, Mark Byerly of Bradford and Angela Burgess (Brent) of Lesage, WV; and his brother David Foster (Deedee) of Bradford. He is also survived by one grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
