He was predeceased by: his uncle Tim Nichols (Bulldog). He is survived by: his parents, David Nichols and Susan Nichols (Carter); his spouse Billie Jo Nichols (Graves); his stepson Kyle Ostrum; his children, Tony Harvey, Tyson Nichols and Rylee Nichols; and his siblings, Bart Nichols and Amy Nichols. He is also survived by two grandchildren along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
