She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jay and Margaret J. Smith Sr. (White); her husband Boyd H. Crooks Jr.; and her siblings, Jay J. Smith Jr. and Sandy Warner.
She is survived by: her children, David Crooks (Judith) of Gifford and Debra Cutright (Robert) of Marietta, OH; her grandchildren, Timothy Crooks (Stephanie), Michael Cutright (Angie), Lori Greenman (Bryan) and Jillian Hansen (Shaun); and her sisters, Ruth Keck of Bradford and Penny Mackey of Duke Center.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to Sena Kean Manor in Smethport or a charity of the donor's choice.
