He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Rankin and Cleo Rankin (Mumper); and his wife Linda J. Rankin (Weaver). He is survived by: his sons, David Rankin (Beth), Matthew Rankin (Chrissy) of Syracuse, NY and John Rankin (Candy Baxter) of Bradford; and his grandchildren, Shane Rankin (Amanda), Nicole Hunt (Nick) and Trevor Rankin. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
