It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis I. Haas (Bradford, Pennsylvania), born in Spencerport, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Louis Blair; and her siblings, Earl Blair, John Blair and Edna Dubetsky. She is survived by: her parent Mary Bourne Blair; her spouse Ralph D. "Don" Haas; her children, Harold "Hank" Weigartz of Channelview, TX, Thomas Weigartz (Teresa) of Madison, AL and Rhonda Weigartz of Limestone, NY; her stepchildren, James Haas of Clarendon, NY, Carol Osborne of Georgia, Kathy O'Roarke of New Jersey and Mary Tantilo of New Jersey; and her sister Mary Lou Babb-Moyer of Limestone, NY. She is also survived by four grandchildren; several step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
