Howard of Rochester, NY, Matthew Howard of Rochester, NY and Ashley Judkins of Bradford; his grandchildren, Bella Howard and Makevelli Howard; and his siblings, Linda Goodrich of Bradford, Dan Howard (Debbie) of Bradford and Shawn Howard of Johnstown.
