Higley (Bradford, Pennsylvania), born in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Lillian Higley, Sr. (Roller); his brother Miles Higley; and his sons, Robert and Mark Higley.
He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ann Morton; his daughter Bambi Jo Vidonish (Daniel) of Port Allegany; his daughter-in-law Jane Higley; his siblings, Deborah Wineburg, Jenny Kohl (Doug), Joe Higley and Dean Higley (Liz) of Olean; his sister-in-law Connie Ford (Ray); his grandchildren, Shelby Magoon (Dominick), Chelsey Vidonish and Chris Crum; and his great grandchildren, Koral Magoon and Draven Green. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
