He is survived by: his wife Ethel L. McMillen (Fox); his children, Cindy M. Wilber (Michael) of Bradford, Gordon E. McMillen (Denise) of Clearwater, Kevin E. McMillen of Orchard Park and Robert J. McMillen (Catherine) of Rochester; his siblings, Harold "Junior" McMillen (Boots), Neil McMillen (Bonnie) of Bradford and Mona Wehr (Alvin) of Austin, TX; his grandsons, Eric McMillen, Stephen Wilber (Chelsea), Tyler Wilber and Michael Todd Wilber; and his great grandchildren, Doninique Pryor, Morgan McMillen and Gracie McMillen.
