It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Perry Palmer (Bradford, Pennsylvania), born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Palmer and Beatrice Palmer (Kuhn) of Riceville. He is survived by: his sister Cindy Paget of Bradford. He is also survived by one nephew, one great niece, and several cousins.
