He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster and Mary Kenyon Foster; and his brother George Foster. He is survived by: his wife Martha C. Jackson; his children, Steven Roy Foster (Robin) of Findlay, OH., Gay Annette Hughes (Patrick) of Mt. Jewett, PA and Janet Kay Nolan (Joseph) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Lisa, Laura, Samantha, Shannon, Jarod, Benjamin, Matthew and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Dani, Natalie, Zachary, Carson and Bryce.
