She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert E. Clark and Helen Mae Clark (McCool). She is survived by: her son Randy O'Rourke (Jeanette) of Bradford; her grandson Willie O'Rourke of Bradford; her brother David Clark (Laurie) of Bradford; and her sibling's children, Jodi Hollamby (Eric), Brandi Johnson and Jeremy Clark.

Memorials contributions if desired, may be made to the First Baptist Church for Operation Christmas Child, or a charity of the donor's choice.
