She is survived by: her spouse Ralph McAndrew; her sons, Scott Mealy (Courtney) of Bradford and Terry Mealy (Jess Schroeder) of Bradford; and her grandchildren, Brandi Mealy and Tyler Carlson. She is also survived by her parents, husband.
