She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Edward Mackey of Bradford and Shirley Mackey (Garwood); her husband Joe Leo II; her sons, Brent Raabe and Joseph "Joey" Leo III (Stephanie) of Bradford; her granddaughters, Brianna and Isabella Leo; her sister Deborah Hogue (Greg) of Bradford; her nephews, Dennis Hogue, Kyley Hogue and Jason Hogue; her stepmother Caroline Burgess; and her nephew Todd Hogue. She was also cherished by her sons, family, grandchildren.
