Hicks (Dave King) of Leland and John Johnson (Connie) of Derrick City; his grandchildren, Staci, Jamie, Nicole, Amy and Danielle; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Alsatia, Chloe, Lindsey, Grace, Everlee, Nash and Riley; and his great great grandchild Ryleigh.
