He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Skaggs and Hilda Skaggs (Bedell); his wife Beverly Ann Skaggs (Hayes); his sons-in-law, Donald Davis and Greg Kube; his great grandchild Aiden Matthew Davis; and his brothers, Robert "Bobby" Skaggs, Harold Skaggs and Floyd Skaggs.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Davis of Bradford, Terri Skaggs of Bradford, Peggy Calcagno of Brockway, Robert Skaggs (Cindy) of Bradford and Timothy Skaggs of Wyoming; his granddaughter Michele Skaggs; and his brother Ralph Skaggs of Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the Derrick City Volunteer Fire Department.
