He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Hart and Augusta Hart (Connor); his siblings, Evie Byerly of Bradford, Connie Baker (Lee) of Ashtabula, OH, Jenny Kellogg (Jerry) of Olean, NY and Sam Hart of Turtlepoint; and his granddaughter Kristy Ann Niver.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Hart (Gill); his children, Rev. Terri Niver (Kevin) of Bradford, William Hart of Indianapolis, IN and Randy Hart (Camie) of Bryan, OH; and his grandchildren, Bryant Crocker, Kammie Cucuzza, Chad Niver, Robert Hart and Jason Hart.
