He was predeceased by: his parent Claude Woodley; his brothers, James Woodley and Gilbert Woodley; his daughter Cindi L. Way; and his daughter-in-law Amy Hunt.
He is survived by: his parent Onalee Baxter Woodley; his wife Joyce M. Hilbert Woodley; his daughters, Joyce O. McLaughlin of Edinboro and Millie A. Etter; his friend Todd; his son Thomas C. Woodley Jr.; his wife Margie Woodley of Lake; his stepchildren, Chris A. Hunt of Waterford, Daniel A. Hunt of Erie, Darryl J. Hunt of Erie, Scott E. Hunt (Lynn) of Erie and Ginger Lee Hall (Michael) of Millcreek; his brothers, John "Jack" Woodley of Bradford and Claude Woodley; his son-in-law Fred Bendure of Fairview; and also Bryan J. Woodley (Sandi) of Lake. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
