He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Lee (Stanley) and John Thacker (Shelley); his children, Latisha Colbert (Glenn) and Jeffrey Wayne Thacker (DeeDee); his grandchildren, Brandon, Glenn, Sierra (David), Payton, Azariah, Trentyn, Nasir, Jeffrey Wayne Jr, Jaida Lilly and Joseph Wayne; his great grandchild Kaleb; and his siblings' children, Rick, Steve, Brian, Jason and Lori. He is also survived by first wife, mother of his children.
