He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Goff and Elva Hart Goff; his siblings, Billy Goff, Donna Bouquin and Elva Vaughan; and his grandson Kaiden Goff.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Goff of Bradford; his children, Lori Sisler (Jim) of Bradford, Ami Phillips (Doug) of Bradford, Sam Thomas (Mike) of Bradford and Pat Goff, Jr. (Sarah) of Bradford; his brother Mike Goff (Natalie) of Bradford; and his grandchildren, Kristen Sisler, Lucas Sisler (Caitlin), Chad Sisler, Dakota Phillips (Kirstin), Samantha Phillips (Brent), Emily Thomas, Mason Thomas, Braleigh Sloan, Danielle Goff and Olyvia Goff. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
