He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Sandra Campbell and Janet Allen. He is survived by: his mothers, Kathryn Allen of Owego, NY and Darlene L. Fitch Allen (Les); his siblings, Nathan Slater, Britney Slater, Samantha King, Mallory King, Heather Talada, Joseph Talada and Graysen Talada; his grandparents, Ronald Fitch of Franklin Township, PA, John McDonough (Virginia) of Germantown, PA and Patricia Ball; and his great-grandparent Connie Fitch of Franklin Township, PA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family suggests that contributions in memory of Trinity and Zachary be directed to a charity of one's choice.
