She was predeceased by: her parent John Kohut. She is survived by: her parent Anna Brek Kohut; her spouse Michael J. Warhola; her children, Arlene (Keith May), Michael A. (Julie Warhola), N. H., Ronald (Kathy Warhola), Athens, David (Gina Warhola) and Branchdale; her sisters, Mary Makara, Forestville, Lorraine (Paul Lucas) and Fort Washington; her grandchildren, Michael C. (Cindy Warhola), Manassas, Monica (Brad James), Barret (Leslie Warhola), N. H., Christina Warhola (Matthew Naugle), Philadelphia, Christian (Rebekah Warhola), Tracy Warhola and Roswell; and her great grandchildren, Macy Warhola and Lillia James. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions made to the St. Matthew the Evangelist Memorial Fund.
