He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Horn and Delfine Van Horn (Reisdorffer); and his son Brian Van Horn. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Cherba; his daughters, Jacqueline Fantasia (Timothy) and Jamie Barna (Edward); his grandchildren, Ava and Ethan; his son James Van Horn (Caitlin); and his brothers, Robert Van Horn (Betty Oswalt) and Richard Van Horn (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
