She was predeceased by: her mother Maryann Gajewski. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Stephanie Chapman (Adam) and Jimmy (Jess); her grandchildren, Christian "CJ", Charlie Chapman and Keira Herbst; her father John Gajewski; and her siblings, Barbara Soroczak (Dan), Patty Falk (Craig) and John Gajewski (Kari). She is also survived by many loving in laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
