She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome A. Kuczma; and her parents, John Anthony and Helen Anthony (Jaskunas). She is survived by: her daughter Beth DeFilippo (Mark); her stepgranddaughters, Kaitlyn, Alyssa and Nicole DeFilippo; her stepgreat-granddaughter Elise; and her cousin Kathy Wagner (Jack).
