She is survived by: her children, Kevin Lewis, Keith Lewis (Nina) and Kim Campbell (Trace); her grandchildren, Bryan Balanti, Krystle Lewis and Dana Adams (Jim); her great grandchild Maverick; her brother Wayne Stein (Geraldine); and her sister-in-law Judith Stein. She is also survived by her loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
