With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Jean (Beck) Ackman (Brentwood, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 23, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Bayard Ackman. She is survived by: her children, Donna Herd (Jim), Linda Ackman, Ruth Ewing, Richard Ackman (Nancy), Paula Ackman-Wright (Paul), Clifford Ackman and Martin Ackman (Marsia). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Doris' family encourages contributions to your favorite animal rescue or shelter.
