He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann (Bogden) and Frank T. Packard, Sr.; his wife Christine Packard (Polis); and his brother Robert Packard. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Packard and Michael Packard (Jennifer); his siblings, Patricia Agor (Rey), James Packard (Jill) and Mary Ann Packard; his grandchildren, Shane, Madison, Jessica and Christian Packard; and his great grandchildren, Nino Packard and Luca Lella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
