He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Stevens (Costello); his children, Jason Stevens (Michelle), Amy Hage (James), Chloe, Addison Stevens, Nicholas and Alexa Hage; his sisters, Bernadette Rudy (Dale) and Joan; and his siblings-in-law, Rege and Gilbert Costello (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
