She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Michael O'Malley; and her parents, Edith Katherine Hoffmann and William Henry Hayden. She is survived by: her children, Colin Robert O'Malley and Katherine Jean Willett (O'Malley); and her grandchild Edolie Brise Willet.
