He is survived by: his wife Silvana A. (Arbib); his daughters, Audrey R. Brown and Kimberly K. Walters (Victor); his grandchildren, Sydney, Rachel, Anthony and Benjamin; his sisters, Kathleen McQuoid and Margaret Devlin; his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Kevin, Jeffrey, Deby, Diana and Sean; and also Riley. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
Interment will be held privately at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. The Kelly Family would like to kindly ask that all visitors please wear a mask to protect vulnerable family members who will also be attending.
