She was predeceased by: her son James Warholak (Diane); and her sisters, Bernice Jester and Mary Joan Zukiewicz (Mike). She is survived by: her husband George Warholak; her children, Sandy Funkhouser (Darl) and Gary Warholak; her grandchildren, Bradley, Brian, Geoffrey and Leighann Warholak; her great grandchild Liam Warholak; and her sisters, Sally Hazlett (Don) and Darlene Caporali (late Pete). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
