He was predeceased by: his parents, Angie Knuth and Frank E. Knuth; and his sibling Missy Diley. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Faltisco Knuth; his children, Christopher Knuth (Dana) and Kelly Fadick (Alex); and his grandchildren, Jonny Knuth, Finley and Delaney Fadick. He is also survived by in laws, nieces and nephews.
