He is survived by: his spouse Norarita Holland (Angle); his children, Frank S. Holland, III (Lissa), Belinda Casper (Curt Coenen), Gregory Holland (Melissa) and Matthew Holland; his daughter-in-law Jodi Holland; his grandchildren, Mark, Kevin Casper, Dylan, Gregory, Joseph, Jacob and Nya Holland; and his child Parish.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude or Catholic Hospice.
