She was predeceased by: her daughter Thelma Perkins; and her sister Lena Pippin. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Perkins Sr.; her children, Gregory Perkins Jr. (Sherry), Lisa Daugherty (Joseph) and Samuel Perkins; and her siblings, Robert Clemons Sr., Margaret Brown, Betty Mickens, Willa Mae Triplett, Thelma Spells, Peter Clemons Jr., Janice Germany, Evelyn O'Kelly and LaVonne Richardson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
