She was predeceased by: her father George Peters; and her brother Jeffrey Peters. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Peters (Kozak); and her sisters, Aimee Dernosek (Dan) and Jeannie Arison (Johnny). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society of Allegheny County.
