He is survived by: his child Nya Holland; his friend Jodi Holland; his siblings, Frank Holland (Lissa), Belinda Coenen (Curt) and Gregory Holland (Melissa); and his siblings' children, Mark, Madison, Kevin Casper, Joseph Holland (Dane), Dylan Holland and Jake Holland.
