He is survived by: his parent Marion Simmons; his wife Janet "Jan" Simmons (Blaskowitz); his children, Charles "Chuck" IV (Samantha), Ohioville and Courtney; his son-in-law Jimmy Schwab of Englewood, Fla.; his grandchildren, Anna, Cole, Cameron, Audrey Simmons, Jenna, Olivia and Ellie Schwab; his sister Linda Lesko; and his uncle John. He is also survived by numerous cousins and a very special aunt.
