He was predeceased by: his siblings, J. Richard, James, Robert, Alma, Elizabeth and Esther.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Cable Gomory; his children, David Gomory (Amy), Paula Maier (David) of Lancaster, OH, Karen Gomory (George Kieszek), McCandless Twp and Susan Bishop; and his grandsons, Coulter, Tyler, Luke Bishop, Nathan and Jacob Maier.
