She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel G. Waite and Kathryn Waite (Delfosse); her husband Michael George Gavlak; and her brother Samuel. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Gavlak of Tonawanda, NY and Mark Gavlak of Virginia Beach, VA; and her sisters, Sandra Baughman of Sanborn and Judy Gavlak of Mechanicsburg, PA..
Burial will be private. Due to the ongoing pandemic, masks will be required.
