He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivory Watters and Anna Watters (Stires); his wife Barbara Watters (Jadick); and his brother Harold. He is survived by: his sister Doris Easton; and his sibling's children, Darin Watters (Sue) and Darlene Bandel (David).
