Adele B. Blonski Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adele B. Blonski (Brookhaven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 15, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Blonski. She is survived by: her children, Richard Blonski (Joanne), Deborah Crow (George) and Brian Blonski; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Philip and Allyson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Adele's name may be made to Our Lady of Charity Memorial Society, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, PA 19015.
