He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert M. and Doris A. Chalfant, Jr. (McKenna); and his brother Jeffery Chalfant. He is survived by: his wife Donna Cavage Chalfant; his children, Albert M. Chalfant IV, Todd J. Chalfant, Dylan M. Chalfant (Tracy Lynn) and Michelle M. Chalfant; his grandchildren, Rhiannon, James, Zowie, Gage, Arianna, Owen, Chloe, Brian and Victoria; his great grandchild Alexander; and his sister Connie CarDucci (Mike Creager).
